As of Fall 2023, advisors are now able to share a direct link to their appointment availability with students by sending their personalized Inspire calendar link. In order to find and share your personalized calendar link, please follow the below steps.

1) Login to Inspire using your DU credentials.

2) Once you’ve logged in to Inspire, navigate to the maroon menu on the left-hand side of the screen and click “Calendar.”


3) Once you’ve been redirected to the “Calendar” page, click “Calendar View.”

4)  Next, click the blue “Share Link” button.

5) A box will pop-up confirming your link has been copied. This means you are now ready to share the link with your students - send them an email, add it to your email signature! If you’d like, you can copy the link manually by selecting the URL and pressing CTRL+C on your keyboard.
 


Important Reminders

Please note that if you would like to share your personal calendar link with a student who is not one of your assigned advisees, you need to check your personal calendar settings to ensure they include all students. Finally, when a student accesses your appointment scheduling page using your personal link, they’ll only be able to see available appointments that you have created in Inspire.
