At the top of the dashboard, users will find a panel called Data Insights. This tile provides data for common issues needing intervention, outreach, and support. The data are updated daily and reflect the count of matching students from the population selected.  Please note that the Office of Student Success reaches out to students with these indicators (or similar) as part of its quarterly communications.

These are the indicators covered from left to right: 

  • Account holds - All students with at least 1 hold, which can block registration. 
  • Low LMS engagement - Students with fewer Canvas logins when compared to the average in their section. 
  • Course withdrawals - Recent course withdrawals within the current term. 
  • Not yet enrolled - No record of enrollment for the upcoming term.
