The persistence prediction is an indicator of a student’s likelihood to re-enroll and stay enrolled at your institution. When Civitas predicts persistence, students are divided into “5 buckets” that represent their likelihood to persist. 



Persistence predictions in Inspire have been customized for DU students using 10 years of historical data in take into account over 100 different indicators, including academic (academic performance, academic progress, area of study, etc.), financial, and behavioral (Canvas engagement, enrollment behaviors, background, etc.) indicators.
